Boning Room Switchboard and Controls Upgrade
Staged over 2 shutdowns, CAS were commissioned to provide a full set of engineering design to implement the following:
Upgrade 3 x 1600 Amp high powered MSB’s to 61439 Standard
Remove all Devicenet Devices and integrate ethernet as a replacement (approximately 200 Devices)
Undertake a safety assessment of the existing system and undertake and implement CAT3 Safety roll out across
all equipment
Upgrade all Major PLC’s to Safety PLC’s
Develop and Commission all PLC/SCADA across all Devices
All electrical installations and commissioning within the strict timelines with limited outages
